Harford County Education Association is the professional association and bargaining union for all Harford County Public School teachers, school counselors, psychologists, media specialists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech and hearing clinicians, and Education Support Professionals.
HCEA represents approximately 3,800 employees of Harford County Public Schools in collective bargaining.
